Terms & conditions (AGB)
Ballnight
All seats of the catagories at the ball are at fully covered tables except the rows at the gallery (Extra). Each reserved seat gets a card with your name. Tickets will be sended by post in time or will wait for you at the evening box office. No extra charges. The pre booking ends the 21.Sep´11. Left Tickets always at the evening box office. Tickets for all other festival events are not bookable before. You can get tickets always at the evening box offices.
No refund for lost tickets. The organizers take no responsibility for lost things or your personal health. We take no responsibility for the corectness of all informations under www.tango-tango.de. Subject to modifications.
Workshops
Each participant is free to choose a personal workshop package (modular system).The modular system makes sure that you can switch from workshop to workshop, from room to room in every break between. The different locatiions have only a few minutes distance by foot. Please note the different workshop locations. The central Café ADA will stay open parallel to all workshops for a marathon with food, drinks, rest and dance. Entrance free !
We will keep the limits of minimum 5 and max. 12 couples a workshop strictly. The max. limits of bodywork and solo-topics are 20 single persons. A “2-days-intensive-course” cannot be booked only for 1 day (marked with a "i" in the list). All workshops start in time !
Please register as couple (except for bodywork and solo-topics). Single persons can put an announcement at "Find a dancepartner" here on this website. Your inscription is valid only by paying your whole amount within 10 days after your confirmed registration (at least until 21.Sep). International money orders by "PayPal" are welcome. If you cannot do your workshop, please quit befor 21.Sep or offer alternative participants. Please note the different locations. The organizers take no responsibility for lost things or your personal health. To create a best possible working-atmosphere, please note, that it is not allowed to be at any workshop as simple visitor. Photos, Video- and voice tapings are only allowed after getting the permission of your teacher or workshop-host.
Strictly no smoking at all workshop places. Subject to modifications.
Datas
Personal datas are save and will not be handed to somebody else. We store all datas central. We do not use de-central data storage (cloud computing). By giving us your name and mail-adress, you confirm, that me can keep these informations for our internal use (your booking) and our mail-newsletter. If you do not want to be informed by us, please, return the newsletter without any comment. We will take you off the list.
