Gisela Natoli & Gustavo Rosas ihre Geschmeidigkeit ist natürlich, ihre Eleganz selbstverständlich. Ein Tango-Paar, welches das erotische Moment im Tango mit Stil und Klasse auf die Bühne bringt. Langjährige Erfahrung in diversen Film- und Showproduktionen wie z.B. "Tangokinesis" von Ana Maria Stekelman sind Grundlagen ihrer tänzerischen Sicherheit. Dazu kommt eine fundierte Ausbildung in klassischem Balett und Modern Dance. Gustavo und Gisela nehmen sich die Freiheit, Stile zu verschmelzen. Maßstab ist einzig das Empfinden der Musik und der Körper. Im Workshop werden sie uns Bewegung in ihrem natürlichen Ablauf nahebringen. Eine schöne Bewegung fühlt sich auch gut an. Technische Grundlagen werden genau dargestellt und eingeübt. Wechsel zwischen sinnlicher Langsamkeit und schnellen Elementen bringen Spannung in den Tanz. Gisela & Gustavo geben Workshops und eröffnen das Festival mit Ihrer "Neo-Tango"- Show in der "Visual Concept Milonga". Am Festival-Samstag tanzen sie beim großen Ball.

Virginia Gomez & Christian Marquez "Los Totis" sind ein junges Paar, das klassisch in der engen Umarmung tanzt. In eben dieser Umarmung erleben wir dann exquisiten Tango auf höchstem Niveau: wunderbar musikalisch, technisch billiant ausgeführt und voller Lebenslust. Sie verkörpern die pure Essenz des Tango. Virginia und Christian tanzen seit 1997 in Argentinischen und internationalen Shows, so auch im video "Diferente" von Gotan Projekt. Die besondere Qualität ihres Tanzes liegt in der Präzision ihrer Bewegungen begründet. Das ist auch ihr Anliegen im Workshop. Klarheit und Präzision sind notwendig, um auch in der engen Umarmung schön und elegant tanzen zu können. Virginia & Christian geben Workshops und tanzen ihre Show am Samstag in der Ballnacht.

Diana del Valle & Juan Camerlingo created a own and very founded didactic of teaching. The work on basics make your dance fluent. Tricks and sophisticated steps will be trained with understandable concepts. Diana & Juan represent the classical style with elegance and great beauty the same like with the power and sexyness of the modern. Diana & Juan provide workshops and show their performance on festivals friday at Café Tango

Alejandra Heredia & Mariano Otero First time in Germany, Alejandra & Mariano conquered instantly a new place with their energy and sparkling creativity at the last "Workshop Weekend Wuppertal" and the "Int. Festival" 2008. Their show made the audience scream (see videos). Alejandra & Mariano are known as artists and teachers for the classic style and argentine folklore the same as for their modern stage work in contemporary dance and "Neo Tango". The separation of "classical" and "Neo" is no longer with them to discover. They speak a unifying (new) language of the Tango. Young, free and always full of respect. Alejandra & Mariano will give workshops and present their show on at the ballnight

Julia Zueva & Alexey Barbolin dance together since 1998. They organize in St.Petersburg the annual "White Nights Tango Festival", which, due to its growing popularity, has become a main tango event of the year. Known for their profoundly expressive performance and their understanding of tango itself they have many students not only in St.Petersburg, but also in many other cities allover Russia. They love to teach and their method aims to an improvisational style and is focused on connection, embrace and musicality.

Anna Yarigo & José Vazquez an an international active dance couple. The super likeable lovers and dancers come with much charme and humor. Their first stay in Wuppertal was the festival 2009. Since then, they made many friend in our town. We are happy to have them back in our festival. Anna & José will give Workshops present their show on festival saturday at the ballnight.

Carmen & César Spengler sind ein junges spanisch/argentinisches Paar. Sie lieben und leben den Tango in Wuppertal. Als Tango-DJ ist César ein absoluter Kenner der Tango-Musik und ihrer Akzentuierung. Carmen ist da die ideale Partnerin - grazil und geschmeidig. Aus den Unterrichtserfahrungen mit vielen Lehrern in Buenos Aire haben sie zusammen ein Kondensat entwickelt, das ihren eigenen Tanzstil bestimmt. Und das ist genau das, was sie vermittlen möchten: Nicht die perfekte Kopie eines Tanzstils, sondern die freie Kombination der Elemente, mit denen wir uns gut fühlen. Gut ist, was sich gut anfühlt. Ilona & Salvador Rios Salvadors dance is shaped by its dance experience for many years in Latin American folklore dances. The roots of Ilona lie in the Latin American dance and in the standard dance.
